Storage

Batteries should be housed in a secure enclosure ventilated to the outside and meets Australian standards.  They should not be left on concrete floors as the cold cab lead to temperature differences between the inside of the cells, this could cause stratification and this can cause the warrenty to be void.

Ideally batteries should be placed on wooden or plastic bearers to insulatee then from the floor.  Batteries should not be kept inside the house and must be fully protected from any sparks or flames that may accidentally occur nearby, for instance don’t setup your battery bank near a grinder
